Los jóvenes del Amazonas vivieron con entusiasmo el lanzamiento del Aula virtual, que conectará a las distintas poblaciones del país a través de la red.
"¡Nunca había viajado tanto!", confiesa, emotivo y motivado, un joven de la etnia ticuna, que se conectó con el resto del país desde las selvas aledañas a Leticia, la ciudad sede del Aula Virtual que sirvió de centro del programa ‘e-Diversidad' de la Dirección de Poblaciones.
La capital del Amazonas fue además el escenario de lanzamiento del Proyecto Identidades Juveniles y su Aula Virtual, que enlazó en simultánea a los jóvenes en Quibdó, Bogotá, Popayán, Cúcuta, Cali y Urrao (Antioquia).
Gracias a la posibilidad de conectarse en tiempo real con jóvenes de todo el país, este representante ticuna de la juventud, que forma parte de los 40 adolescentes mayores de 14 años encargados de realizar el primer acercamiento intercultural en línea, se siente ahora más animado a transmitir sus percepciones sobre la cultura.
De hecho, el Aula Virtual e-diversidad es un nuevo espacio de interacción y de encuentro que busca fortalecer las relaciones interculturales entre las distintas personas, y que servirá para reconocer y visibilizar la diversidad étnica y cultural del país.
Por eso, más de 280 jóvenes colombianos, de poblaciones gitanas, yaguas, ticunas, huitotos, matapí y afrocolombianos, aprovecharon el encuentro y se sintieron en confianza para discutir en línea la política cultural de juventud. Entre los participantes se encontraban jóvenes estudiantes, personeros, integrantes de grupos culturales y líderes preocupados por su identidad, su pertenencia étnica y la pervivencia de su lengua.
La selva amazónica recibió a los funcionarios de la Dirección de Poblaciones del Ministerio de Cultura, al Gobernador del Departamento, sus autoridades locales, y al grupo de 40 jóvenes, que inició su presentación identificando su pertenencia étnica.
"Yo soy indígena, de la etnia yagua, ¿y tú?". "Cuéntame... ¿Cómo es el Chocó?". "Y luego... ¿qué diferencia a los gitanos de los mestizos?" Estas preguntas formaron parte de los intercambios que se generaron entre los jóvenes. Sus posteriores debates giraron en torno a su identidad como jóvenes, a su pertenencia étnica y a sus regiones.
Esta actividad llevada a cabo con gran satisfacción por la Dirección de Poblaciones, es un avance de la expresión 2.0 del Ministerio, de su conectividad y articulación con tecnologías al servicio de la diversidad.
‘e-diversidad' desarrolla seis ejes estratégicos de trabajo: Diversidad Cultural, Cartografía Social, Consejos Comunitarios, Mujeres Kambirí, Derechos Culturales e Identidades Juveniles.
